    Respect to the labourers. They are skilled, strong, fast and fit. And no doubt working for a pittance.

      Colin Gantiglew the one person had almost 160 pounds of bricks on her head. Probably more as they were not fired yet which means they have more mass in molecular water.

    How does the clay not crack when drying for 3 days in the hot sun?

    • @ramkaarthic
      @ramkaarthic  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Luke Jones it wont crack. naturally the clay has the temper.

    • @lukejones1244
      @lukejones1244 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      what do you mean by "temper"? It is a fact that clay cracks if dried too quickly. Are these bricks really 100% clay, or are you adding sand?

    sir would u pls tell how many bricks can be made from 1 acre land if soil extracted and making cost of each brick and selling price profit

    • @crazyox4075
      @crazyox4075 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Meghomollar Mukherjee don't try this on agricultural land you will lose the fertility and also land value moreover this includes hardwork couldn't be a part time business you should be 24/7 if you have rain threats labour issues may arise but new technologies are introduced to reduce human mistakes and also to reduce labour but burning process is must one finally eventhough everything is done if your soil or process doesn't give quality to bricks you will end up with loss hope you understand

    Always in such videos people comment about how poor the laborers are and how horrible the working conditions are. But please remember that if anyone is forcing them to work this job. Poor ignorant people also give vote to dishonest politicians who promise them free stuff. These politicians then implement socialism in the country. Rather than feel sorry about these poor people kindly educate them to vote for politicians who promote free market practices. Jai hind.

    I guess labour is cheaper than machinery. But i couldn't help noticing the huge difference of clothing between companie's direction and poor labourer. Pretty shocking. At least they could have made the effort of dressing for work and pretend to help.

    This is a lot of pollution. I know I can’t change what you do, but if there was a way you could make it more efficient such as maybe using dryer or more combustible fuel then please do. Otherwise, please look out for the environment. Just as you make bricks that will last for hundreds of years, we need to make our Earth last for much longer.
