Here's some lore help taking straight from the devs!
- Mickey in the main week is being influenced by Satan due to BF interrupting the story. Stuff such as Mickey laughing evily and attempting murder isn't his fault, but rather Satan directly puppeterring him to get BF out the picture. Satan is so fascinated with Mickey that he'll do anything to make sure he dies and goes to Hell, because he wants to see him suffer 24/7.
- In the ending, both Mickey and BF are dragged to hell, BF specifically becase he got in Satan's way. The two are doomed to be entertainment for all eternity, with Vesnia being a peek at what the aftermath is.
- Julian (Brick of Friendship) and Cheddar (Father, I Crave Cheddar) are based off a Mickey costume worn by a monkey and a disturbing statue, respectively. In the mod's lore, they're actually reincarnations of Mickey from the main week that BF is cursed to always come across, no matter where he runs or goes.
- Julian is a Mickey with memory loss who's permanently stuck in a costume and struggling to breathe. However, his happy go lucky personality remains, even if he can't even remember who he is.
- Cheddar is a painfully agonized Mickey who is always hungry. His brain is described as "literally mush", being unable to think about anything other than food (which he can only call Cheddar due to his limited brainpower). The various uses of Disney songs are meant to be his brief moments of remembering who he is, but they always pass before he can actually figure it out.
- The Among Us Songs aren't lore important, but I guess you could see them as an alternate timeline? Same for the Madness ones.
- The Too Slow cover is a "What if?" scenario where Mickey (dubbed Miki to differentiate him from the main week version) actually comes to enjoy being Satan's puppet, so much so he can willingly fuse with him. Apparently his voiceline in the middle is a refernece to a voice actor called David Near, who did a frightening Suicide Mouse voice a few years back.
- Untold Lonliness is, due to being a D-Sides horror song, a swap scenario where Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, the true first Disney mascot, is trapped in a world with no one else to talk to or see. Unlike Mickey, who is doomed to die and go to Hell, Oswald is doomed to never die and be stuck in the world of the living, specifically because his version of Satan (dubbed Waton by the devs) refuses to let him, making him a permanently "lucky" rabbit and making him unable to kill himself.
- Leak Mah Balls is just a gag song meant to poke fun at leakers and isn't canon at all, though a "suicide" version of Felix the Cat is seen in the background as an easter egg.
Bonus facts!
- The devs have joked about Miki and Satan being in a committed relationship via several audio clips from the VA's where Miki flirts with him. I seriously hope they're joking and nothing more.
- The Girlfriend in the mod isn't a demon and isn't a Dearest. In fact, she's meant to be the great grandmother of the canon BF we see in the base game, with this mod's BF being his great grandfather.
- GF was meant to be playable in Freeplay, with all of her assets finished. However, since it would take a fuckton of time to add GF versions of the songs, they held off on it. You can still use her sprites by messing around in debug, however!
- The Narrator and Satan are the same character. If you listen closely, you can hear that they have the same vaguely Russian accent, which is likely a nod to the Russian text at the end of the original Creepypasta, "REAL SUFFERING IS NOT KNOWN, THE SIGHTS OF HELL BRING IT'S VIEWERS BACK IN", which has sort of become a catchphrase for Suicide Mouse and similar media.
- The oddly modern day pistol Mickey uses to off himself in Last Day ended up in his possession for a reason he's not sure of. The real reason is that Satan secretly gave it to him, and it's cursed to immediately send him to Hell the second the bullet enters his brain.

Honestly? Big props to Neena for even making it through Unknown Suffering because _oh boy_ does that ruin people's runs I've seen. It's the hardest song in the mod - so it just shows how much Neena's improved. I really love this mod and all the songs, the vibe, the story from it and everything. They added an patch that changes some charts, speeds, Needle timing is better, and makes health drain less powerful if you ever wanted to try to beat Hellhole or go for the Good Ending

So this might just be me loving the darkness of this mod/song but I LOVE what they did with Untold Loneliness.
You see, Oswald is the “lucky rabbit”. He CANT DIE, *no matter how much he may want to*. That’s why he doesn’t die from the gunshot. The man wants to kill himself, but he’s incapable.
And I find that sort of curse of immortality an amazing way of doing that song/character. Well done to the devs on that

So nenaa, something worth mentioning: this version of accelerant was supposed to be a remix in Vs Antipathy Hank, the same mod where battered comes from. However, I believe it was scrapped for reasons unknown to me.
Edit, no, nevermind, it was planned but was added in the update after the one where it was supposed to be added.
I feel bad knowing that not only Oswald lost his wife, but tried to shoot himself many times to be reunited with his love. Not to mention that he had 420 kids. Who's mother died and he has to raise them while being depressed. Poor Ozzy..

The reason why that song sounded so familiar to you Nenaa is because its a remix of Unknown Suffering, hense the name Untold Loneliness because the rabbit you were facing was D-Side Oswald.
D-Side Oswald's poses are the same exact poses from the original mod, VS Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Attention to detail, I'll say!
Also apparently D-Side Oswald was supposed to be used in another mod, but the person who made that character sadly passed away so they moved it there. Also because yknow, leakers. (okay this one might not be true, i dont remember the whole fact sorry)
One more thing I quickly noticed after typing this:
In Untold Loneliness, the missed-note-sprites change from cursed Mickey to a cursed Oswald. More attention to detail!

My thoughts or fact?: Oswald is the lucky rabbit, he can’t die so he is going through suicidal thoughts so he is trying to lull himself with the gun but it doesn’t work. The untold loneliness is Becuase Oswald was cancelled, Oswald in leak ma ballz says “**** I missed again!” Becuase he doesn’t have good aim and he shoots someone else.

If you would like to know, there is a happy ending with two more songs, by getting less than 10ish misses in unknown suffering, unlocking sunsets and Versiculus Iratus respectively, but that can be done on your own time, not on video, thank you for the vid!
Fun Fact: with the long notes for micky, you can actually hear his original voice, so the modders basically used micky's real voice and just tweaked with it, I believe you can only hear it in Unknown Suffering.
