In this version, it’s a complete rewrite of the rhythm and chorus and it doesn’t rlly fit in the beat cadence imo. After some time, it becomes bearable, but that does not mean it’s good. The flow and lyrics is what I listen to this for. I understand they’re two different genres, jazz and rap, but at least make the sample vocals line up in time with the beat or place the sound byte in a better place then right fucking in the middle of the measure (on beat 2) , causing the vocals to drag over beat one of the next measure, which makes the whole thing feel sluggish. Not a terrible song tho, just didn’t like the sample personally
