Saxton Hale can be beaten, depending on the teamwork, if he is good or bad and also if Saxton Hale himself (one of the players) is good or bad using it, you also have to have a bit of luck. You can also beat him by dodging his attacks well and dealing significant damage (such as the damage done by the Spy's backstabs) and not getting killed. You can also beat him if you beat Saxton Hale with the Rock Paper Scissors taunt.
I think what makes Saxton overpowered is the lack of a timer on the Brave Jump. The ability to be as unpredictable as you want and dodge almost all damage until the Mighty Slam is charged up would probably be considered a war crime by Imperial Germany.

Important details, Hale starts off as fast as a medic. He starts moving faster the lower his percentage of health gets. Sweeping charge (blue fist) removes all status ailments when released. Mighty slam (ground pound) penatrates through walls. It also instantly destroys buildings. Saxton punch (red fist) charges every 30 seconds and is activated automatically upon the next punch you land. It deals 330 damage to whoever you hit and has a large AOE in front of hale. Brave jump (double jump) should be abused at every possible moment. Weigh down (crouch mid air) causes you to fall very quickly and gives a knockback resistance. Use this to make juggling less an issue. Medics take less damage from hale and build uber twice as fast if they have the über saw equipped. This applies both to the equipped medigun and the melee hit itself. Heavy has a 40% damage penalty on his primary weapons. The air strike has its on kill effect trigger every 250 damage dealt. All other on kill effects happen on hit. Shields will absorb a single hit from hale. The demo will take no damage but the shield will break and he will lose his ability to charge. You also lose the extra speed granted by the boots since you no longer have a shield. The wrangler provides sentries with a -+0% damage resistance when active. Tanking your sentry is banned. You still get the doubled fire rate though. The reserve shooter deals full crits VS Saxton if Saxton is airborne by any means. I belive the Direct hit behaves the same. The last 3 players alive on red are mini crit boosted and the last living player gets full crits on all their weapons. Melee weapons, save for the Market Gardener, deal full crits at all times and gain a damage boost inversly proportional to the number of living players on red. As more red team members die, the more damage your melee weapon deals.

While I do love Saxton Hale, I have to admit that a Hale that actually knows how to use his kit is basically an auto-loss for Red. A good Hale is completely unbeatable unless you have a full team-coordinated cheese strat. Charge Punch makes it impossible to sentry camp, bodyslam is just utterly devastating, and rage punch is just outright UNFAIR, instantly deleting whoever it touches unless you can somehow reaction uber / batallion it, which is unrealistic to do the 10+ times it comes up per game.
On kill effects like the half zat and the eyelander simply activate every time you hit saxton So the cladimor is plain flat the worst melee pick possible other then the caber

This version of VSH is mainly the VScript version, which feels more unbalanced than the original SourceMod/plug-in version.

you can't kill with taunt kills, only damage. The only taunt that kills instantly is rps.
