Congress writes and passes laws and policies. The president can put some pressure on Congressmen and Senators to get specific things done...but they really don't have the power to change laws.
If he is making more than $22,320/yr he is required to inform SSA. They must take one dollar from his SS for every 2 dollars he makes above $22,320. Do you think he will volunteer that information to SSA...or to the IRS?
YT reports all income…..ST has to use his SS# for a reference for YT to report earnings…. I’m sure he is not pulling out any taxes on the income….but blowing it all on shirts, shoes, 👠 all kind of merch he can get his hands on
I suspect he has an LLC and gives that tax id (EIN) to youtube. That avoids any income hitting his personal tax id (SSN). I suspect the LLC has sufficient expenses such that any income that he may pass on to himself is below the SSA earnings limit.
@@wuddayameen the chickens will come home to roost very soon whether he has a LLC tax id or not…..there is no running from the irs if your not paying your taxes or you have lied about your eidl loan application….he has been reported to the irs by many a ytbers…and I’m sure one of them forwarded his admission of dissolving his so called coupon selling business before he applied for the loan…I’m sure he used that LLC ein # on his application… Any monies made from YT get reported LLC or not…..

I read a science article that stated these birds have a very advanced brain and are actually smarter than dogs, they can actually learn words and talk. Mine haven't yet😉
