If my modem is on 192.168.10.1 and my router uses 192.168.1.1 (which has 100+ devices attached - home automation) and I put this in the middle, will I have to reconfigure all my devices attached to the router? Or will it be plug-n-play or will I be able to reconfig the pico to work in between?

You are not required to share your IP or bandwidth. But if you want to use it to mine crypto, you absolutely DO have to share. Just keep that in mind, depending on what your primary use of this device is.
