Just went to court house here in texas they can not be run on the street here for no reason other than farm equipment that's it,so I'm pulling the body off and setting a 1966 ford bronco rodster on it because it was modeled after the willis jeep and so was the roxor and with the tune, delete ,and turbo and bigger injectors I'm pushing close to 100mph now that's fast enough for a jacked up truck....
Just got mine yesterday. I live on a farm and it has a specific purpose. To do some of the jobs that my 3/4 ton GMC would normally have to do. Fixing fence, cutting and hauling firewood, hauling salt to the cows, adding corn to the deer feeder. I could use the pickup, it’s four wheel drive, but why beat it up and tear up the grass, when I can use something lighter and more economical, that’s gonna be easier on the grass.
For my Roxor and my purposes I had to put torques lock differentials inserts front and rear and I put Bill Steen shocks on it and lowered my tire pressure down to 10 to 15 pounds in order to be able to have the traction and not have it beat me up so much. I would imagine that the first time that a newbie got their 3500 pound off-road vehicle stuck because the differentials are open they likely no longer were as enthused
I agree. Most off-road UTVs now have push button lockers. It would have been nice if the had a factory installed system on all Roxors. How’s your locker holding up and is it noisy?
Torq lockers are the way to go. Click sometimes but always effective. Be very careful when installing in rear axel as the spacer not only has to be present but oriented correctly or you sacrifice your rear wheel bearings within 200 miles. Expensive experience speaking. Do not bother with installing your self unless you can devote 2 days and 200$ in HarborFreight bearing/hub puller and
I really, really want a Roxor, but they cater to a very specialized group of people. Kind of feel they are only good for the farm. They just get more and more expensive, and for the price of a Roxor, you can get a super nice SXS from one of the other manufacturers. A Thar in India brand new is the equivalent of $14k U.S. dollars---and the Thar is much more nicely equipped. Make them cheap, and I bet people would buy more of them.
LoL. They are about as cheap as cheap gets.......As in very cheaply made. And they are trying to play on our Americana. A Honda Pioneer 1000 will out work and beat the snot outta a roxor all day long
Just curious as to what your roxor is set up, enclosed cab, lift kit, tune etc...... What is the cost? Cause I'm thinking that would be a good ranch vehicle in South Dakota? Thank you for taking time to film, edit and post this video. Liked and subscribed.
Maybe if they didn’t try to get $6000-$10000 over MSRP!!!! MSRP is $16000 in the US ($12000 in India!) (I paid $12500 for a brand new Suzuki Jimny in 2015!) Then they want another $10000 on top of the price for a cab!!! Which moves it directly to “rich people toys” for most people! I looked at a top of the line with all the extras and they wanted $52000!!!! Idgaf, at that point you can get a Jeep, or a REALLY good SxS!
@@williamyelton6351 I just traded a low hour/mile RZR with tons of aftermarket parts in perfect condition for a Roxor that was beat to pi$$! Needs ALL the brakes redone, rotors/drums/pads/most springs/and a few other parts that you can only get by buying a complete kit!
Unfortunately I heard the Chrysler /Jeep lawsuit threw roxor service ,support and parts for a complete loop for a couple of years until they changed their grill .
I am looking to buy one of this jeeps ! I only want the older version look like this one . New ones are ugly
Yeah I agree 💯 it seems like a wide body with the same width axles

@@scottbilbrey8053 yeah but they can't be run on the main Interstate, with the farm tag your only allowed on farm to Market roads.
You can register in montana and all 50 states has to acknowledge their road eligibility

Also use synthetic gear oils gl5 in axels and gl4 in manual trans and transfer case. Red line brand best. Shifts far better. Less stiff.
Nice video, good little update for roxorian community 👍
Wish we had in Australia 🇦🇺
Where are they listed for sale as used ?
What’s wrong with the speedo?

THIS ONE FOR SALE
I'd rather just buy an old jeep wrangler or cj than a knockoff version
Buy a Jeep ?
Yeah buy overpriced, huge vehicle with high maintenance.
What about the people who just want to see Nature.
What you mean to say is buy an expensive Fiat
Jeep is a mall crawler, made for girls shopping 🛍
Jeep is overpriced Fiat Junk.
