Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is an action-adventure video game published by Rockstar Games. It is the seventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. You can go back to Los Santos after Green Sabre mission, but there's no missions beside side quests and you'll only find Ballas and Vagos
Very interesting! But instead of saving Sweet and going straight to C.R.A.S.H, it could be save Sweet, escape the police and continuing to conquer territories until you find out about Big Smoke, and then start the last mission "End of the Line".

if it would be a side ending, it would be pretty cool, but if it would be an ACTUAL mission and the game would end THAT FAST, then... no i don't think it would be a great ending. like a person in the comments going by the name of BlueberryBoy 11 said, "Now GTA III won't or may not happen because Catalina meets Claude in GTA San Andreas, which is a prequel to GTA III."
So if the San Andreas ended up being like that, there's going to have a whole new different story in some GTA games in the 3D universe.
Firstly, In GTA San Andreas will have a huge change in it. Because CJ didn't meet Catalina, Wu Zi Mu, Ken Rosenberg, and many other people. Madd Dogg will also die. Ryder will probably still be alive and Smoke may not. The Loco Syndicates may still continue drug dealing. The Riot in Los Santos won't happen too. And many other stuffs.
Now GTA III won't or may not happen. Because Catalina meet Claude in GTA San Andreas, which is a prequel to GTA III.

Given CJ was able to break into an entire military base and take on the literal army to steal a jetpack he likely wouldve been able to easily break Sweet out of prison tbh

There’s a plot hole In this mod, wasn’t he shot and put in a prison hospital? Here he is straight in jail and had no gunshot wound treatment, and before someone says the police doesn’t care for him, he doesn’t look like he’s bleeding whatsoever.
