nova prime If I had to speculate, the character design is generic run of the mill anime characters, but the back round is a bit uncommon for fan art, so it's an atmosphere artwork with the texture and shading. I'd say the premise is original so no, not fan art, but I could be wrong.... However, I have seen my fair share of manga and anime (in the hundreds by now)
