You clearly don't understand how the champion works, and you are making comments as if you do. She can stun in the grass the same way she can stun against the wall; in other words, the grass acts like a wall too. Why do you think she can stun in the river without hitting the wall? One tip I'll give you is that her elements are grass, water, and rock.
