The Witcher 3 Eternal Hunt Mod: True Iris and Rosa Novalis swords

Added option to disable additional vfx for iconic weapons (Aerondight, Iris, etc)
Added option to enable alternative scabbards for steel and silver swords.
Added two additional weapons, Rosa Novalis and True Iris:
Rosa Novalis is obtained from taking the violet rose out of Iris' dream.
True Iris is obtained from taking the rose and beating O'Dimm in his own game.
Fix for me accidentally breaking select weapon movesets in Equipment Mode.
More fixes to floating shields.
