When you said it has been a hard 15 years - it really really really has been. For me it has included everything from a violent rape to suicide attempts to birthing two children to getting my PhD to finally getting sober and it’s all been done alone. I am so strong but I am also done. The last two years have been focused solely on me. Meditation, yoga, handstands and eating the right food are solid foundations. Nothing can break this spirit of mine. Thank you for always doing such great readings.
