Astral Projection (Avi Nissim & Lior Perlmutter) are an Israeli electronic music group producing Goa / PsyTrance music. They are considered as one of the originators of the genre & one of the biggest acts on the scene.
In addition to an extensive discography (mostly with their own label Trust In Trance but also Transient, Nova Tekk, Avex, TIP World, Smart Records, Perfecto & more). the group has an extensive worldwide touring schedule. They Have had global support from big names such as Paul Oakenfold, Danny Rampling, John 00Fleming, Faithless & more. They have produced 11 albums, most recently "Goa Classics Remixed",2014 (TIP World).They have created such hits as Liquid Sun, Mahadeva, Axis, People Can Fly, Kabalah & Dancing Galaxy.

Back in the late 1990's, I burned out on "rock", started searching for new, more modern music. Went on WinMx (Napster alternative at the time), checked out some techno, didn't really care for it. Then I found a track "Astral Projection / Kabalah", the name/title sounded interesting to me. So I downloaded it and started playing it, and from that moment on, my life changed FOREVER! I must have played it 12 or more times back to back, had never heard music this powerful, this involving, this amazing, in all my life! So I did more searching, found the name of the group was Astral Projection, downloaded more of their songs, and that is where my eternal love of Goa trance began! It is still all I listen to to this day at 75 years old, I think it keeps me young.... LOL!

I listened to trust in Trance A side , then B side for the entire 1999.After i was still listening to it, but started to check others too😂

As almost everyone has, I started my journey into psytrance with astral projection along with other artists. I saw astral play live for the first time early this year. And they blew my mind. This picture makes it seem that they are the chosen ones coming to save us from the matrix. And what we are listening to is them working to free us.

I get your point and I go watch them "live" always when I can (3 times so far I think). But as a matter of fact, they don't do much live, even the DJ mixes are usually pre-made.
This is pure bliss ! I thought they where "dead". They are the ones responsible for me liking Psy/Goa Trance in the 90s along with Doof and Man With No Name
