INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING:
• Potatoes - 5 Medium Sized
• Crumbled Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 50 Gm
• Bhaja Masala - 1 Tsp
• Aamchur/Dry Mango Powder - ½ Tsp
• Kasoori Methi/ Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 Tbsp
• Chopped Cashew Nuts and Raisins - 2 Tbsp
• Oil - 2 Tbsp
• Salt, Sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR THE GRAVY:
• 1 large or 2 medium sized tomato paste
• Cashew nut paste - 2 Tbsp
• Curd/Yogurt (nicely whisked) - 2 Tbsp
• Ginger (2 inch) + Green chilies (3 to 4) paste Sauté
• Kasoori methi/ dried fenugreek leaves - 1 Tbsp
• Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
• Kashimiri Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder - ½ Tsp
• Oil - 4 Tbsp
• Ghee
WHOLE SPICES FOR TEMPERING:
• Whole Garam Masala: Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves
• Bay Leaves
• Whole Cumin Seeds
