    Totally agreed. Have a feeling when future demands will come from the builders, investors will not be able to fulfil them leading to a downward spiral.

      Greenfield has some plots in ncz in which you cannot build now its expensive plot prices better to buy in sector 70 in ddjy in faridabad

    The 100 percent bump in a market where there is a lot of uncertainty doesn’t makes any sense at all.
    Just stop buying and rent. It is nuts. DO NOT buy in FOMO.

    these days I'm seeing that properties which are priced at 3-4cr max are now priced at 7.5-8cr (500 sq yds)
    Why there is a sudden rise of 100%?
    What will be the resale value if someone buys at 8cr?
