    Hi Claudia ! That was a lot of great info. Bev is wonderful . I actually use my red light panel at night with goggles mainly because I don’t have time in the morning . I have noticed I’ve been sleeping better but it’s hard to pinpoint since I started taking NMN at night and I do a dropper full of dreamland cbd oil . Along with my magnesium calcium D3 and L- tryptophan . All of these combined is a cocktail of sleepiness !! Have a great week ❌⭕️

    Interesting video and useful to learn that it's best not to have the red light in the eye area 2 hours before bed in order not to stimulate the brain, or wear goggles. So, it improves oxygen in the brain and helps those with Alzheimer. Maybe that's why it's so good for the hair follicles to get the blood flow and oxygen. I hope you enjoy your face panel. x

    • @claudiaglows
      @claudiaglows  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Kevin, glad you enjoyed this and found it helpful. Yes, I think the increased oxygen along with increased ATP is why RLT is helping with hair growth.
      Wishing you a great week

    Recently I had pain in one tooth, so I decided to do red light therapy 5 minutes at night, wearing googles. And I slept like a baby! I am thinking to do it more often to better sleep as I have sleep problems. I think it works, but be careful with timing and dosage, stay low, this is my advice

    Hi Bev & Claudia, This was a fantastic video & filled w/ much interesting information!
    I have always struggled w/ melasma and my skin is very easily triggered. ~ unfortunately I’ve read that RLT is not a good option for people like myself but I was hoping one of you gals could kindly help me w/ this question…
    *Is there a way to shield / protect my face while doing RLT on my body?
    *Must the red light be directed at my face in order to receive benefits for sleep…. & potentially reducing risk of Alzheimer’s?
    Claudia, your cheek transformation is just amazing, but you’ve always looked beautiful! 😍💞⭐️💞
    Thx again, ladies! ❤

    • @claudiaglows
      @claudiaglows  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Cheryl, I am glad you enjoyed this. So the thought is that infra red, because it might get slightly warm, can cause melasma to flare up. If it were me, I would get a device where you can separate red and infra red and just use red. Many device allow you to do so. This is of course for skin rejuvenation. For sleep it does not seem necessary (looking at theses studies) to have the light shinning onto your face
      Thank you for you very kind words.

    Hi Claudia ~ as always, wonderfully useful info!
    I think many of us would value learning more about transcranial Red Light Therapy for Alzheimer's & dementia. I have seen several "head bands" available, but they don't present any verifiable studies or data.
    Also, do you think the "face masks" many of us use (like Omnilux) would provide any brain benefits?
    Thank you:)

    • @claudiaglows
      @claudiaglows  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, I am glad you enjoyed this. Yes, I def. want to learn more about transcranial RLT and hopefully we will have more and mores studies.
      I am not sure that mask would provide the same benefits, as they do not cover the whole head. I would think the RLT helmets, such as the once used for hair growth, would be beneficial, maybe even full body panels...
