The prices you quoted in the video are they rental prices? What is the average purchase price for a small house Or apartment? I really enjoyed watching the video, I am based in the US and I am obsessed with buying a second home in France. I have mainly been looking in the Brittany area where you sure can get a lot for $100,000
Hello Jasmine, the mentioned prices are the average prices per square meter that you can expect if you're looking to buy in Mougins. Brittany is a beautiful area to have a second home! Unfortunately you can't buy much around $100,000 on the French Riviera, perhaps a nice cosy studio. If you would search in the department / region "Var" or more in the mountains you might get some more space for that budget. Let me know if you need any help or tips 😁
@@frh-frenchrivierahousehunting Thank you for the info. We have a friend who lives in flassan Le gaps near Carpentras and are interested in something in that general region.
Ah that's great, that's in the department Var. You can visit some website to get an idea about what you can get within your budget. Seloger is a popular website and I have already applied some filters for you. Try to avoid "bouquet" / "en viager" offers. This is a special construction which I will explain in a future video.
