- In a remarkable turn of events, the White House medical team has had to clarify that a neurologist who visited eight times in as many months was not there to treat President Joe Biden, following angry exchanges in a media briefing with Biden’s press secretary.
Meanwhile, Mr Biden himself took matters into his own hands and unexpectedly called into a morning news show to defend his own health and insist he would remain the Democrat nominee for the presidential election.

I hope Biden's doctors are not typical of American medics. If so I feel very concerned about the well being of the American people.

Well, we're not a third world country, where the wait to see a doctor is, at most, a week. I guess in demented Joe's case, he can see one in a day.
America invests most in terms of healthcare, but produces lowest outcomes. The poor get atrocious healthcare, the rich get what they think is great healthcare.

At this point someone, who's policies and reputation with lots of money and support behind him, running for president as an independent could possibly offer Americans a choice and defeat both Trump and Biden. He would have to be someone who would appeal to democrats, moderate republicans, and independents to stand even a chance.
In the United States, due to our electoral process, we don't have all of those little ineffectual political parties, scattered around the landscape etc. We have no coalitions, with each involved party diluting the principles that they run on. It works out incredibly, as it has for over two hundred years. Robert F Kennedy Jr, is running as an Independent, having been disallowed by the Democrats. They are well aware that he would have taken away many votes from the demented Biden. RFK Jr seems to be a good man - although he does possess some questionable opinions on such things as our Second Amendment. However, if elected again, President Trump might have a job for him in his own group of advisers. After all, it wasn't so long ago, that both President Trump and RFK Jr were Democrats.

Interesting no one in the comments seem interested in the Letby case. She confessed in the handwritten notes to herself that were found, and the witness statements combined with her behaviour in court were very compelling.
The question is how a convicted felon, with many additional indictments, and an adjudicated rapist is allowed to run for President?

Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute Biden but said in a report released that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” & added that part of the reason he wouldn't charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an "elderly man with a poor memory" who would be sympathetic to a jury. He did not exonerate him.
