You guys forgot that Orochimaru placed a new seal on the Nine-Tails seal, preventing him from using the Nine-Tails power. So he couldn’t use it against Kiba, even if he needed to.

The 5 pronged seal would have stopped it, and Naruto would have lost consciousness, like in the forest of death. The reason he passed out when Orochimaru applied it wasn't cause of the application, but cause of the nine tails chakra leaking out at the time of attack.

Dunno why I’m the only one mentioning it be the neji hate is kinda crazy neji was definitely one of the most skilled geninn in the class I’d say only second to garra cause of the his tailed beast. Only reason neji and the hyuga in general kinda got a bad rep is cause they got nerfed heavy there attacks literally attack your nervous system and eternal organs but after the fight with Naruto and the Sauske mission. Neji and a lot of other characters never got a shine. His style of fighting literally becomes useless against other characters later on cause many people just have ways around it. But at this stage in the story it wasn’t hyped up for nothing it went from literally being able to shut your whole system down to basically doing nothing in later fights if you got hit with the palms unless you were some random scrub.
about Naruto didn't unleash the fox power, I was always thinking it was because Orochimaru sealing technique, that blocked it in the forest, the next time he will unleash this power is after Jiraiya trening ^^" that always had sense to me

Funny fact Japan is heavily influenced and has influenced us thru Spiderman. back in the early days of Spiderman stan Lee made a deal with Japanese company and they have a Japanese Spiderman and because of this exposure in their culture alot of media is influenced by Spiderman and western comics ; the reverse is that same Japanese version of Spiderman introduced mechas into media which inspired super sentai/power rangers in the west and things like transformers that Saban brought over here and are cultural stables over here
