So, I listened once while watching the video and repeating my affirmation: "I have my desired light green eyes" (I'm aiming for pastel green with a more turquoise-ish color around the pupil). I felt a slight pressure in my eyes, esp the inner corners, behind the ocular globe (if that makes sense) and it extended outward and up into my temples.
So far I haven't looked in the mirror, but will continue to listen and update.
EDIT: your energy is beyond fine, I'm quite sensitive to this type of things and yours was just delightful.
My kitten, Lina, is quite sensitive too and a great judge of character (I literally don't trust anybody she doesn't) -Side note: I personally believe all animals are, especially pets that we're bonded to- and she was all over me while I was listening, tugging at my earphones and trying to get me to play with her. After I was done she was more that ever crying out for me to pick her up and purring, she is currently laying in my stomach very peacefully.
All that said, it is weird she's so calm at this time of night, she's usually zooming around the house and pestering the dog or the kitchen trying to get a bite of something.
