I have the Tynee 3 with the Hydro wheels as a second board. My daily ride is a Backfire Zealot S, which is much more comfortable. But the Mini 3 is a strong and versatile board, I just wouldn’t recommend it if you live somewhere where the streets aren’t 100% smooth. Any hole you run into, you gonna feel. Longboards are much more comfortable. But then again, you buy a short board for portability and its ability to make sharp turns.
Just curious because I've never seen this explained/covered - when you're hopping off curbs, are you letting go of the acceleration in advance? If not, how is your weight shifted to be able to hop off while maintaining speed?
Long boards are better unless you only need to ride a few miles to and from, I got the new caroma syl 10 and I’ve got it up to 30 and about 14 mile range and I weight 260 it’s about 10 miles full speed and got it for $275

Mini 3s best cheap short board mine has 2000kms and no issues

I usually let off the acceleration, push on the tail, and bend my knees. Good luck and be careful my man!
