    I'm 3/4 into the process, I can't ask for a better person to handle it than giovanna. I'm flying to Panama at the beginning of September to finally meet giovanna and finish the process. I'm very excited. I recommend giovanna hands down..👍👍👍.

    Thank you for your time making and posting this video! Any guess what the odds a 40 year old DUII arrest with NO conviction otherwise spotless record would be a deal breaker? And about how much more $ and time might be needed...and could I lose everything and end up needed to leave Panama? Because I'm having to sell everything I own including my home in the US for what sounds like a major gamble since I have my sights set on Panama. Thanks for your help.

      Hello! DUI is considered a misdemeanor. Therefore iris accepted by immigration in Panamá. The cost and time needed will depend on the type of visa you’re interested. What are you interested in?

    LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! I have noticed that some lawyers advocate that a person who has the pensionado visa cannot offer any service in Panama. (Ie. Dog sitting, yoga instruction, expat community etc. Something I offer independantly) I am hoping they are incorrect. Can you help with this question? But if they are correct...Id love to find out. Buen video! Podrias hacer uno sobre el famoso impuesto territorial de Panama? Hay mucha confusion porque se que en algunos casos no aplica incluso si tus operaciones son externas. Por ejemplo para day traders de acciones, algunos dicen que si aplica y otros que no porque las operaciones se harian desde Panama. saludos.

    I have one more additional question before scheduling a consultation regarding Pensionado visa.
    Question: Do you have to show you are renting a property as part of the Pensionado visa process. I am getting some conflicting info. My plan is to return back to the US after the temporary visa is approved and return once the final pensionado visa has been approved. I am trying to see if part of the application process includes showing you have an address/lease in Panama during the initial application. Thank you in advance for your response.

    • @PrimeSolutionsTaxLegal
      @PrimeSolutionsTaxLegal  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for reaching! If you are applying only there is no need to show proof of address such as a rental agreement. If you are bringing dependents in your application you will need to. Looking forward to talking with you!

    Am I understanding you to say that Panama uses the gross social security income amount and not the net (amount after Medicare is deducted)? I veas told it was based on the net.

    • @PrimeSolutionsTaxLegal
      @PrimeSolutionsTaxLegal  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      In our experience the immigration office considers the gross. In fact in many letters (from other countries than USA) deductions are not mentioned. The law does not establishes if its net or gross, I think this is why it can be confusing to some. Saludos! ♥️

    Buenas antes Sra. Giovanna. I promise to make this as short as possible. First, I was stationed there at Ft. Kobbe from 1991-94. I love Panama and miss it. My question is: I am retired from the Army, and I am qualified to retire from my law enforcement position now. Entonces, tengo dos pensionado abilidades. (El retiro Del Ejercito y mí retiro policia municipal local). My wife is Dominican. She lives in the Dominican Republic. How difficult would it be for her to immigrate there with me on my pensionado? I will subscribe, because you present yourself to be very knowledgeable, transparent, and upfront. Muchos gustos 🇺🇲🇵🇦💪🏿

You need to show your FBI background checks and marriage certificate. Feel free to book an appointment with me at your earlier convenience. Click here: primesls.com/book-free-consultation/

      Hello! 👋 Legal service fees in Panama are often lower than in the U.S., reflecting local market conditions and economic realities. For visas legal fees are fixed (not on retainers or hourly rates) and very reasonable. Lots of paperwork also 😊Saludos 👋
