I am getting some conflicting info. My plan is to return back to the US after the temporary visa is approved and return once the final pensionado visa has been approved. I am trying to see if part of the application process includes showing you have an address/lease in Panama during the initial application. Thank you in advance for your response.

In our experience the immigration office considers the gross. In fact in many letters (from other countries than USA) deductions are not mentioned. The law does not establishes if its net or gross, I think this is why it can be confusing to some. Saludos! ♥️
