I remember my first time on a DDR years ago, it was simply incredible for a lack of a better description. Then, I played PIU for almost a decade, it was pretty fun! I haven't been playing neither for a long time... but I always listened to DDR songs with pleasure, it's the kind of fresh music that you can't find just anywhere, and even though there are a few lulzy or silly songs in the game, every single one of them is bright and lively!
Always one of the most fun songs to play. Awesome chart on top of the fact that the song just gets me so pumped up. They really don't make charts/songs like this anymore.
Initial D confirm, shameful that this song, doesn't appear in DDR 4th mix for PSX, luckly, this was ported to DDR EXTRA Mix, so guys, no need to worry, play this song on EXTRA mix on PSX! :3
Unfortunately, I never got to play an original 4th Mix (or 4th Mix PLUS) machine, as my first foray into DDR was Disney's Rave in 2001 (and essentially skipped over 4th by going to 5th Mix) at DisneyQuest on the WDW West Side (Downtown Disney) but the moment I discovered Stepmania over nine years ago now, this has consistently been one of my favorite #dancemania tracks. They really did licensing the right way back in the early days, but I understand why they license so many popular American songs because it really is the best way to hit mainstream, which is unfortunate. I played DDR and Pump It up at the same time pretty much, but I am so out of shape that 8's on DDR (classic ratings, of course) would gas me. But yeah, I think I found a video game rap song that out hokeys Super Star and that's Knuckle's theme in Sonic Adventure (DX)
