Hope you read this!! When you use oil to cook something in the pan i always see that you dont wait for the oil to be in the right temperature. You need to wait for it to be hot enough, because when you put the meat in the pan, if the oil is not hot enough the meat or any other food just absorbs it much more, when it is completly hot it cooks faster so the food dont get too oily.
