It's not an amazing story or anything but it's a show that really makes you form a connection with every single character, but people not dying ruined it for me. I thought Makarov and Gajeel were actually going to die but the way they came back was just stupid.
Fairytail is the first anime i ever watched. I was in a real sh*tty situation at home and this opened a new world for me.
I was instantly hooked and i could forget al the trouble around me. This intro always hits different for me.

Dude, I absolutely love Fairy Tail for a number of reasons but it's objectively not a very good show. The plot armour, the bullshit power scaling, the fan service, the pointless plots, the fucking 'power of friendship' bullshit. All shounen falls into those tropes, but Fairy Tail is almost ONLY these tropes. I still love it because I first saw it 7 years ago when I was 14, but it's nowhere near one of the best. Maybe one of your favorites, and that's beautiful in its own way, but we can be critical of things we like.
When they said “ Don’t say Goodbye” that meant fairy tail won’t ever be gone. It will always remain in our hearts! 🔥🔥🔥 👆🏽

Hello, I'm 21 years old now in November 2022 listening to this classic anime opening. Fairy Tail is and always will be one of my core childhood memory which brought me into the anime community. Like they said, when you are in the guild, you will always be part of the family. Soon, I'll be turning 22 in April 2023. I just want to be grateful that I'm still living until now despite everything that I have been through when I was in my darkest hours. My journey with Fairy Tail will forever remain part of my past that I will carry for all of my life.

Fairy Tail is the only anime that made me feel like I was also part of the Guild and I’m sure all of you guys felt like that too. I felt like I grew up with them. All of their openings and endings are on point. When this song played at the end, my heart was heavy but also light.

Most people who criticize fairy tail will point out it being basic or boring but honestly? I love the simple plot, I love the positivity, I love the power of friendship. Sometimes I need to watch an anime that isn’t that “deep” and just makes me genuinely happy. Sure, it isn’t aot, but it’s charming and beautiful and I love it so much
You know, I think I really needed to hear this. I have a pretty rocky relationship with Fairy Tail. I like it a lot, I really do, but I also kind of resent it for overshadowing Rave Master, which I’ve always considered a better story with more complex characters and themes. It’s good to be reminded that some people just get more out of a simple, straightforward and unambiguously positive narrative.
@@rock21611 yeah sometimes you can watch an anime not because it’s the best of the best, but because it’s generally satisfying to watch. Although I do wish Rave Master got just as much, if not more, love.

Well, we did it boi's. Fairy Tail has finally come to an end, I would like to say that Fairy Tail was one of the main anime shows that got me into anime. And I would also like to say that this long journey was one of the thing's I am lucky to experience with all of you guys and seeing Nastu, Lucy, Grey, Happy, and everyone else grow through out the show. It's been 10 years and the anime just ended. The first episode aired on October 12th 2009 and today the last episode on October 9th 2019......and still, I don't want to say goodbye. BTW who-else cried when Snow fairy played when Lucy won her writer's award.

I never watched fairy tail, when i heard this song, i still in elementary school.
I got bullied a lot at school, but when i download this song from my phone, i always put it as alarm, so everytime i get to school it gave me a strength that i need to continue.
Now, i'm graduated and now continuing to go to college. Thank you so much, i'll treasure this song in my heart.

This opening screams "adventure". Which I think Fairy Tail was supposed to be. No need for a deeper story, like it tried to have later. Just adventure. Along with it, do various tasks. Have wonderful friends, waiting for you in your family-like guild. Go into some interesting, maybe comedic situations. Deepen your bonds with your team partner(s). Between all of that, make your memories. That's truly beautiful, and if this series didn't move from that, it could've been my favorite anime ever.
