This was sooooo helpful, thank you! I have a question about how to figure out the cost of square footage based on all of these options. If my pricing is .10 standard, .20 deep, .30 move (out as an example), do I multiply 999 x.10; 1500 x .10; etc and then also add on bathrooms and bedrooms?
The way I format mine is the bedrooms are the based. That's where you change price between standard, deep and move out. You have to find out what your minimum charge will be, mine is $80 and than go up from there. Then find base for bathroom 20-30 is good and double those and divide by 2 for half bath. Does this help? .10x999 works if you use sqft in place for the based rate where as I used bedroom

I want to use only the square footage pricing for it’s what I feel works best for my business. But I guess I just need to have a day of two where I can sit down in try to figure things out
It's most useful from a desktop. I use bk for booking form and website but jobber for my crm. You can edit from your smart phone if something changes on the job.
The goal for your business should be to build a process to limit those changes. Create policies that help limit those and have systems in place soothe client knows exactly what to expect
How come you have your square footage pricing set so low? And also, I can't figure out why my pricing is so high on the totals. I must be setting something up wrong.
Did you ever figure this out? We had the EXACT same problem and I can’t figure out why when everything is inputted correctly that our totals are coming out insanely high
Oh, also, about editing the form, do I technically have a BK webpage that is not in use if I embed the booking form code into my Wordpress site? So I still would go to my “dead” BK themed webpage to edit the template language and then take the code from the back end spot and embed it into my Wordpress page? Thank you in advance!

this software is way overcomplicated, I leanred zenmaid in a few hours and its simpler to make any changes, only bad thing is about double the price of booking koala

It can if you build zaps in zapier. I have build automation to transfer info across platforms

You don't have to embed every time you edit but yes you have to edit brom bk backend

you have to add service categories under your form 1 and visible on both admin and front end. Let me know if you need more help
