After reinserting SD card and turning on, I just get a black screen and blue light then 4000 turns off after about a minute!

Try choreographing your videos next time. You are all over the place like a spaz. Hard to understand your voice too. Slow down. Good effort but if you are going to this much effort. then plan your steps ahead of time. You might want to try scripting your voice. That will force you to cut out all the extraneous jibber jabber.
