It’s July which means WEGO Health Awards opened up voting/endorsing through the end of the month. We are so humbled to even be nominated. Thank you so much for the support! www.wegohealth.com/OurLANDingCrew/awards
You probably dont give a shit but if you are stoned like me during the covid times then you can watch all of the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been watching with my girlfriend recently xD
I watch your channel because my two younger brothers have autism. My mom has them on the GAPS diet, which she’s been doing for the past three years. It’s helped them alot with meltdowns, asthma attacks, and moods. They still take medications, but I thought i would share because it really has changed their lives and our families lives.
Stephany as a tip something I do is after every grocery run or anything with a receipt I scan it under an app called Fetch rewards and it gives you a lot of coupons and deals as well as gift cars with the points you get !! Highly recommend - love alexia
The water flavouring you buy we have in England/UK and we call it squash and it comes in like 1litre bottles and comes in loads of flavours and you add a little bit at the bottom of you glass then fill the rest up with water and it tastes so much better than plain water I think your family would love it 😊
I fully understand that time is something you will find hard to get. In our family, we're lucky enough to shop mostly whole foods and have the time to prep. We avoid pretty much all preservatives, colouring and flavouring. The main reason for this is due to the aftermath of doing the elimination diet and so we just made a decision to avoid certain chemicals. We still monitor our kids behaviour to assess if they have had high glutamate, sals or amines. My son shows signs of adhd but it is more pronounced after certain foods. We don't do juice, just not needed. However we make homemade lemonade with lemons or citric acid and table sugar.
We have a 1980s fridge... it is literally 5 ft tall. A 2nd fridge and deep freeze is a must for us too! I buy 5 gallons of whole milk and 2-3 gallons of lactose free milk. There's no way we can fit my month grocery shop in a 1980s fridge lol! Plus side our extra fridge and deep freeze is in our garage, back in and unload! ☺️
How do you guys not have a Sam's or Costco membership!? You gotta start bulk buying! Especially on the frozen food you will save so much. Also look for Asian markets for produce, it's so inexpensive there compared to regular stores.
I think I need to look for the pancakes and sausage on a stick next time I go shopping those look awesome! Don't feel bad about your grocery haul this is what a normal families shopping looks like!
Hey I get the same kinds of stuff sometimes it is just easier to make something fast and as long as they eat something that is all that counts. Food in the bellies is better no matter what than nothing at all.
i love your channel. neither of my children are autistic.but they are severely low tone. Both my husband and I are have low time. This made them also have eating issues. I understand the understand happiness that you feel over Lex eating so well even though it's not necessarily healthy
I love your hauls I have an asd son also so it’s great to find people who understand the food struggle he’s spd too your kids are absolutely beautiful xx
My son is 8. He has asd along with sensory processing disorder. We recently had to change his diet to dairy free. I love watching the grocery haul to see the dairy free options for him.
Girlfriend, you are just an amazing, awsome mom, women and wife. Loved your haul today. Girl you get the food you need for your wonderful family. You rock.😊 Love you girl!
Remember to frezze some of the things that can be frozen. Like bananas, strawberries, blueberries, all berries, carrots, broccoli, squash, sweet potatoes, avocado, peas all if these in a frezzer bag and previously cut into pieces 😊😊😊 that's what I do. And herbs you can chop and frezze them in oil or butter 🤪...that way you can buy double of those things and then have some stock. Btw frozzen grapes ARE THE BOMB 🤤🤤🤤
People don't understand me when speak certain words. I do my best and leave it alone. You are just wonderful no matter how you speak. I know you do your best already. The food looks yummy...easier or processed or fresh. I been there and do it. Hooray another refrigerator.
If anyone ever says anything about your grocery hauls just direct them back to your therapy schedule video. Haha I have one kid with special needs out of my 3 and I always assumed your schedule would be a lot but holy cow! You eat your quick meals when you need to. My son struggled with eating and I have completely gone through the just eat phase. He’s honestly my best eater now though so you never know!
My nephew had to be on pediasure and he refused to drink it. But his brother was a picky eater and would drink it. Then a few years later they said "new kid approved taste" so it makes me wonder how bad it was then.
Fed is best, Lex will get there. My nephew has always had a lot of food struggles, and although he still has a limited diet he is getting better and it much more willing to try new things. This weekend I got him to eat 2 zucchini fries I made, 3 cherries and (so not good for him) we finally found a gummy candy he like Sweet tart rope green apple, he also tried nori he was not a fan but he willingly tried it. So Lex will get there just keep trying new things, and if you find something he likes for dipping it helps. My nephew loves cream cheese and peanut butter so new veggies I like to give him some cream cheese to dip in sounds gross to me but it helps a lot. We still struggle a lot with meat textures and sauced foods but every year it has gotten better.
Hey Stephanie! 💓 Be aware, that almond milk brand doesn’t have calcium added so the amount is really low for the kids’ required daily value! It is also incomplete for iodine. These are both things that are in whole milk that aren’t in most plant milks- but you can find them added in some plant milk brands!
Our LANDing Crew My pleasure! Another thing to keep in mind is that almond milk is much lower in protein than cow’s milk, so it isn’t the ideal replacement. I know that Danielle is allergic to soy and so you’re staying away from that, but the amount protein in soy milk is awesome, so it might be a great option for the littles! Or alternatively, if you don’t want to have soy in your home, there are almond/coconut/etc milks with added pea protein!! They’ll usually stand out because they advertise the extra protein right on the front label! I’ve been plant based before so I’ve had to stay aware of all these things. 😅 Sending love! 💓
Just have to say I absolutely love your grocery hauls and just all of your videos. I relate to your lifestyle way more than many others I see so it’s hard to watch when they have all organic food that me or my kids will not eat. Or this 3 story mansion that we just can’t afford and quite honestly, I can’t keep clean 😂 you’re so much more practical and relatable and I just love that.
I love your grocery hauls! Fed is best, all the way around! My son is a diehard orange tangerine Mío water flavoring drinker, but it’s too expensive with the amount that he drinks. I found the Kroger brand orange tangerine water enhancer and he gave it the seal of approval! I was so excited. Lol!
Stephanie I often pronounce words wrong too, I have dyslexia and dyspraxia, I must say I make no apologies for this as it’s a part of me. If anyone is annoyed at how you pronounce things then it says more about them than you. Keep being who you are and not what others expect of you! Sending well wishes from Scotland 🏴 P.S love your vlogs! 💕 xxxxxx
Stephanie you do not have to explain yourself about what food you bought, as long as you and your babies are fed and full go you! Just like a picky eater you fix them what they will eat! This looks a lot like my family’s grocery cart when we go shopping to❣️
A trick with v8 and kids put it in spaghetti sauce or even pizza sauce 💙 didnt work with ky picker eater but was suggested to me 😂 figured I'd pass it along
So since your in the general area, definitely try to find Par’s Natural Foods “Pueblo Green Chili Sauce”. It’s made in Colorado and Zack swears it’s the best. We stock up on jars every time we’re in Colorado.
Omg what a amazing haul! This would easily be 1000$ here in Canada. Most kids are picky. I was the only kid that wasn’t in my family. I bagged for Brussel sprouts and broccoli as a kid and my mom was like okay what??? 😮 also why is it always the grown men with the sweet tooth. My boyfriend is a candyhollic
Girl! All my child will eat is chicken nuggets, corn dogs, pancake on a stick and occasionally a cheeseburger. Drinks include chocolate milk (pediasure), lemonade, sprite and water. Today she tried a bite of fried chicken and I about passed out. When your kid will only eat certain things and refuse to eat anything else ya gotta just feed ‘em what they eat. No, providing a kid with a certain food and them having to eat it doesn’t work for a lot of kids. My daughter went 3 days without eating when I tried. I contacted her pediatrician and we had to go to therapy because she was loosing weight. So girl I feel ya. 🥰
Hey our landing crew! I know you guys are really busy, but I thought I would let you know. I've seen reusable baby food pouches if you want to make or fill them yourself. 😊
My 7 yr old son has autism and hardly eats anything you might want to try the v8 fusion juice it has a lot of veggies but tastes good and we are trying some stuff called enof it is like dried veggies and grinned into a fine powder and a lil pinch in juice or on food gives the kids 2 1/2 servings of veggies a day at my sons had gotten so bad that he was losing weight constantly and the dr said whatever he wants to eat let him and just try to get vitamins and nutrients in anyway you can. Everyday is a struggle good luck
Fed is best. My guy sometimes gets more popsicles then I like to admit just because he doesn’t drink enough. At least a popsicle will give him a little more liquid.
Your such a great mum i feel your food struggles i have one kid hes 3 n has asd level 3 non verbal i struggle every single day he will only eat dino nuggets sausages rolls n peanut butter toast thats it
Also we have 3 boys and were debating on in a few years trying for a girl but now hearing you say how fast you go through that laundry soap 😅 I seriously thought you were gonna say a month and a half 🤣
Do you have to be careful what hot dogs you buy for the dairy allergy? My friend’s nonverbal son has both casein and lactose allergies. Casein is in a lot of hotdogs so he can’t eat most brands. :-(

@Ishaan Skyler definitely, have been using instaflixxer for since december myself =)
Girl, at the end of the day, fed is best! As long as they’re eating, that’s all that matters
Amen

Whatever works for him momma!! I’m so glad he found something he likes!!❤️❤️ French toast sticks are good!!

What a great variety of stuff you got. That’s cool that you think of each of the kids and what they would like!
“ I find things, cause that’s what I do”
Every lady who loves to shop. 🤣❤️☺️

Hi I’ve just come across your channel and I truly applaud you as a mother I think you’re absolutely amazing, what an inspiration 💖
I think I need to look for the pancakes and sausage on a stick next time I go shopping those look awesome! Don't feel bad about your grocery haul this is what a normal families shopping looks like!
I have four kids and it's so funny u said Lonny hides food in his room so the kids don't get it...lol I thought iwas the only person that did that😂😂
I hide it from everyone not just my kids
Hey I get the same kinds of stuff sometimes it is just easier to make something fast and as long as they eat something that is all that counts. Food in the bellies is better no matter what than nothing at all.
When my boys were little I would freeze the gogurts and they could eat them like a popsicle.

Hey I get the same detergent! I also get the matching dryer sheets and the extra boost smell good bead things.
We were a family of 7 until my parents moved back north, and I moved out. They still have 5 there full time, and the second fridge is essential.
Thank you for the great video, love the grocery haul 😁 (you should do a back to school shop with me/haul if you have time 😊)
Girlfriend, you are just an amazing, awsome mom, women and wife. Loved your haul today. Girl you get the food you need for your wonderful family. You rock.😊 Love you girl!

So happy to hear Lex is eating more. You go little man!

All flushable wipes technically aren't flushable at all. I'm glad you have the bags, I have to do that too lol

I did not know that! Thank you so much for letting me know :)
Our LANDing Crew My pleasure! Another thing to keep in mind is that almond milk is much lower in protein than cow’s milk, so it isn’t the ideal replacement. No biggie momma a lot of people pronounce certain words wrong people would be lying if they say they don’t.
I have a hard time saying arnold palmer and I have a hard time with r's and w's.
I feel like speaking well is a legitimate skill 😅 I pronounce all the things
Omg tell him to put the Charleston chews in the freezer! That’s the best way to eat them!
Just have to say I absolutely love your grocery hauls and just all of your videos. You do a great job of taking care of your family:) I don't know how you manage all you do! 😁
Absolutely awesome haul as always hun 💟 💟
Love the videos!!! Especially the food hauls!!!
A friend of mine is from Texas and she says "mill" for meal too. I just thought it was a southern thing!
It probably is 🤷♀️
Stephanie I often pronounce words wrong too, I have dyslexia and dyspraxia, I must say I make no apologies for this as it’s a part of me. steph not going to get too personal but at 3:03 I know that struggle, we got a bidet a couple months back And it’s very helpful for me.
Stephanie I absolutely love your videos!
I am a little behind on watching videos training at the new job and new bed started a chain reaction of redoing 3 bedrooms. Lol
A trick with v8 and kids put it in spaghetti sauce or even pizza sauce 💙 didnt work with ky picker eater but was suggested to me 😂 figured I'd pass it along
Love the variety of fruits! It’s making me hungry 😜
Thank you giving me good ideas for dairy free which is hard to do
your children are happy and healthy. do not listen to what others think of your food choices. any food eaten is better than no food eaten :)
If u haven't tried the banana cream pie pudding, u should. Its delicious
OMG Lonnie's man stash is so funny. He eats like a teenager lol :) And is Danielle able to eat dairy now?
Scrolling thru TH-cam trying to figure out to watch and you posted just in time😂🤦❤btw I love you and your family very much❤❤

My husband hides the snack pack jello and pudding from the kids too 😂 ( try sticking a popsicle stick in the pudding and freezing it! Yummy)
I was wondering if the sparkling ice has carbonation in them
Yes
Girl! All my child will eat is chicken nuggets, corn dogs, pancake on a stick and occasionally a cheeseburger. Drinks include chocolate milk (pediasure), lemonade, sprite and water. I would buy those French toast sticks of he had them here. They look yummy!
I like water enhancers but if I drink too quickly with them I cough. I don't know why.
Lonnies man corner though 😂 also tell him orange tea from turkey hill is the best one
The banana cream pie pudding is really good
I love the way you pronounce words!
Hey our landing crew! I know you guys are really busy, but I thought I would let you know. I've seen reusable baby food pouches if you want to make or fill them yourself. 😊
Love Kroger! I used to live in Wyoming
I drink a lot of the sparkling ice waters myself to try and not drink alot of pop
Where is Lonnie jr at ? What grade is Lonnie jr going to be in
Love grocery hauls woot
In Canada that haul is double
Also thought I would throw it out, I love watching jamerrial's big family freezer meals.
Love your grocery haul. God. bless your family
Oml love all the candy. Me and Lonnie are on the same level 😅
The Bolthouse smoothie drinks are good, but they are loaded with sugar.
Whoa! What a haul
Gogurt could be good for nelle as well if you freeze them!!
Kroger is my favorite store lol! Yummy I’m hungry now haha
You feed your babies whatever they will eat and if other people don't agree....it's their problem. :)
Love your videos wish u the best
I love Kroger. Would they eat a breakfast pizza?
Fed is best. My guy sometimes gets more popsicles then I like to admit just because he doesn’t drink enough. At least a popsicle will give him a little more liquid.
You do you! No need to explain. Sorry you feel you have to!
So much candy for Lonnie lol
Your such a great mum i feel your food struggles i have one kid hes 3 n has asd level 3 non verbal i struggle every single day he will only eat dino nuggets sausages rolls n peanut butter toast thats it
Have you thought of getting a costco card? might help save some money
We have but usually we go shopping late at night and Costco is already closed.
Love your grocery hauls!
Im all for Lonnie's stack!! haha
I never knew so many random things have dairy in them!
Also we have 3 boys and were debating on in a few years trying for a girl but now hearing you say how fast you go through that laundry soap 😅 I seriously thought you were gonna say a month and a half 🤣
Love your video’s great haul!
Do you have to be careful what hot dogs you buy for the dairy allergy? My friend’s nonverbal son has both casein and lactose allergies. Casein is in a lot of hotdogs so he can’t eat most brands. :-(
Liam doesn't eat hot dogs :)
2 questions If I may?
Can I have your potato sales recipe?
And how much was the baby meals?
Thanks :) and sorry if you cant answer >_
As a British person I feel offended by what you call "tea" lol
🤣❤️ hey I’m just reading the package ok lol
As a southern girl I also feel offended at this tea🙄🤢
Haha
For the life of me I cannot pronounce syrup. I cringe at asking for it in restaurants or McDonalds..I always make 1 of my kids ask for it for me lol
When I say "new" it sounds like I'm saying "meow" but with an "n" lol
Yall should try milos sweet tea
Lonnie loves Milo’s ❤️
I love your kids
Love your videos💕
Awesome
I understand spending a lot of money on groceries. I have a family of 5 and spent $800 at Sam’s Club 😭😭 my poor pockets LOL
