Aluminium sheet is not suitable because it will become hot in summer and cold in winter i.e. mostly cooking is done in Aluminium utensils.
Fibre sheets are best suited for this purpose.

In place of rubber elbow, you can use wc connector thimble. And instead of aluminum sheet, you can use fiberglass sheet or polythene sheet.

Yes but size of tank depends on fish species you want to culture. Like for Rohu you need at least 50000 litre tank with 4 feet water.
