So true... I think some people like to forget the mindset part of the method. Mind over matter, brain over body - but also learn when to listen to the body and don't let the mind controll your actions.
Wow this was emotional for me cos I was there yesterday and I loved the place I'm not in good place right now but this place well put it this way I jumped in to this very pool very happy to see this thank you
