We saw them tonight in Town Hall in NYC. I try to see them every time they are here. The song is absolutely mystical and the Klezmatics brought down the very culturally diverse house. It touched everybody's soul.
What is it wonderfull to hear this song by this great Klezmer-band. Such a good poem and than all the music this band put in this song. Live at Berlin, Thanks and go on!
Ribbons, pearls, golden flags the Messiah, son of David, is above us he holds a goblet in his right hand and gives his blessing to the whole earth. Amen, amen, this is the truth the Messiah will come this year. If he comes by riding, good years are ahead. If he comes by horse, new times are ahead. If he comes by foot, every Jew will be settled in Eretz Yisroyl.
Saw them in concert in South Bend, Indiana for my birthday back in Dec of 2012.....AMAZING =) Though I'm not Jewish, but then again, I think half the band members here, for the record, aren't neither, so what? :-)

I would sell my kidney to hear that performance live!!!
It's a supergroup, with a hopeful song. I prefer your version of translation because it comes close to the original as much as possible. Thank you!
Going to see them in concert tonight in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Should be great!!
