Well well well... About time you finally put this video out. You realize how long I've waited and I haven't even harassed you once about it. 😂😂😂 Thank you for doing this... I'm not going to lie the lights make all the difference... If I end up getting into this I'm stealing that idea. I absolutely love how the lights make it that much more enjoyable. Love it. Hope work eventually calms down for you at some point.
Wow! that was really cool man!I am lookin to get back into vinyl and U turn is on my short list. but those lights are something else.can you say where a person would buy something like that? and really is it battery powered or what? so that goes on the plinth between the platter?so cool thanks.
I have an older turn table. I got it probably about 20 plus years ago when those record players came out that look like an old radio. It has a radio on the front and a cassette player on the side. No CD player and now USB. I haven't used in a very long time, and my records are old from when I was growing up. Unfortunately some are pretty scratched up. I haven't had the heart to get rid them yet because I'd like to replace them. They are 40-50 years old. I would love to get a turn table like you have, and start getting replacement records when I can, and buying new albums I've never had. I absolutely love the lights. Can you let me know where you got the turntable, and the lights? Also if you have to replace the needle, where do you go for that? Thanks for the video!
@@jackieb325 I have one of those Crosby units that look old fashioned as well. You can go to the uturnaudio.com and customize your own turntable. Lots of options, colors and prices to mix and match. Awesome prices and built by hand in America. The light is and LED turntable kit from Vinyl Supply Co. I got it off Amazon for $35.
Dude I'm a "Record Man" (Vinyl. Bobby Carnivale :-) not trolling here in fact I think comments about what you've done affecting the sound are well stoopid however how does it enhance your experience? You would need to be standing over the turntable to even see it right? Not the artwork which is great but the light show. Sorry I just don't get it. Anyways what you reading? recently Im into historical dramas like the "Wolf Hall" trilogy by Hillary Mantel. I find period correct music on Spotify (15th c English here) adding atmosphere to the text and it's quite edifying. Have you tried this? It's a great way to not only feed the brain but get some added mileage from your hifi. Good luck with your content and God Bless you all.

I got the lights off Amazon. The tolerance is very close to the platter. Might not fit under all brands.
