Timestampes, myth and a bit of my personal zeste
0:24 "more cilinder mean more power" delicate matter, but basically true, amount of cilinders effect the 'smoothness'and balance of the engine
0:47 "Premium fuel for all" true!!! You don't gain performance on a stock car by buying more expensive fuel. The engine has been tune for the fuel it needs
1:10 "engines need to warm up" Very true, cars build the last decede and even older only need a few seconds to get the oil flowing everywhere and they are good to go. Driving off an accelerating slowly is much better than idling for 5min
1:32 "oil change every 3.000miles" please read the owners manual. If you really don't trust the car companies that make and test these vehicles for +100.000 miles and more. Just take half of the interval and stop wasting recourses please.
1:59 "overinflating your tires" DON'T overinflate your tires!! your tires will wear down the center more quickly, you won't save gas if they are to much over the recommended and you'll have longer breaking distances and worse cornering
If you wonder where i got this knowledge from, it's from +15years of automotive intrigue and experience along with a college degree.
