I dont know it 100% but what i can say is that i never played prem, never played Champ and never bought a prem card (back when we got essense for buying cards) only played&bought Bundesliga, and I got a prem card craftet. I believe their is a champ pool and no Bundes or Prem pool to get cards from.

Have you played rivals though? Those essence can essentially be any league.

I'm a new user and play Limited prem with a Bournemouth 23/24 collection plus a few random prem keepers. I also play Rivals alongside. Should I claim tier 5 essence as soon as I get it, or should I save up for something better? What do you think is better for my small account?

Don't mix you champ essence with another competitions mate, pool is way bigger u can easly do it with some patience.
