Do you think Bergkamp knew Ljungberg was making a run into the box when he rounded the keeper, did he mean to play that pass or was he going for goal himself.
Souste, any theories why Henry's goals dried up in the second half of 01-02? Obviously scored a couple here but in the other games until we won the title he failed to score. Is it because Pires got injured and opponents sitting deep?
We started to play a lot more defensively after Pires' injury so Henry would drop deep and affect the game differently. Also, Henry missed a few games from March so it's likely he was playing with a slight injury himself.
Not sure really, I've got a few more 01/02 games to clip which might give me a better idea. I don't remember him particularly badly just wasnt keeping his insane first half goalscoring form going. think as you say some of the opponents played deeper to try and get draws near the end

Henry was still top scorer of the league. 01/02 is the season he transformed into a super star imo.
