Drilling can be done precisely enough with a hand tool like dremel, mini drill or a small motor with a collet chuck. For that to work, you need to etch undersized (0.1mm) centering holes at the etching step. Also my favorite way of aligning PCBs is to drill 3-4 small holes first (usually where the mounting holes will be), then stick tightly fit needles through the holes. This way I never had any problems making double-sided PCBs. Though my method is drastically different: I use a laser printer, a pressing iron and a glossy paper to transfer the print, iron chloride to etch, and a small hand drill to do the holes.
I am trying to configure the IRS display. I have transferred the settings in Prosim737 and in Mobiflight. Only the Flight sim value in Mobiflight remains at 0. I have prosim737, mobiflight and MSFS2020 turned on and the switch on PPOS. The Prosim737 afteroverhead panel does contain the coordinates. I only have MSFS2020 with FSuiPC7 on my system. Is that sometimes the problem?
Puh, hard to say. I haven't tested the configuration with MSFS until now. I would assume it will work like in P3D because FSUIPC is the link. This sounds like a very individual problem. In most of the cases, when I had a problem, I had an offsett assigned twice or another error in my configuration.
I have showed this in a video before. But it confirms that it is helpful to repeat some things from time to time. Especially when it is the first video for a user.

We're the resin printed buttons printed in white or translucent?
They are printed in white.
@@Mickeys_Flightdeck looks pretty good.. I guess translucent let's more light to pass through?
@@rosmanczyk Yes, but it wouldn't look as good when it isn't illuminated. The brightness is good enough.
@@Mickeys_Flightdeck thanks a lot I was about to print a whole set of buttons with translucency
There are a lot of companies that makes pcb and its cheap. I know it take some time though…
Yes, for all the last pcbs I have ist professional made ones.
finally done !!! brilliant brilliant work sir !!
wow I just learned that you can limit the movement of rotaries and I'm going crazy looking for certain steps
Thanks a lot
