❤️Steamed Egg - Fen & Lady First
💛Main Ingredients:
Chicken eggs, 4 small or 3 large (with a pinch of salt, 0.5g)
Water, 300cc
Enoki mushrooms, 170g
Spring onions, 50g
Onions, 120g
Black fungus (wood ear mushrooms), 50g
Clams, 150g
Oyster mushroom (bottom part), 50g
Shrimp, 20g each x 5 (optional)
Coriander, 15g (optional)
(Storage instructions: For enoki mushrooms, do not wash, remove the base, cut in half, and store it in a bag in the refrigerator. For shrimp, remove the pointed head part with scissors, then freeze.)
💛Seasonings:
Salt, 2.5 teaspoons (2.5g)
Oil, 1 tablespoon (olive oil used in this recipe)
Light-salted soy sauce, 2.5-3 tablespoons (Saltiness may vary with different brands of soy sauce, so adjust to taste.)
💛Main Tools:
Non-stick pan
Sieve (for straining the egg mixture)
Shallow dish (for steaming the eggs)
Electric rice cooker (for steaming the eggs)
