I was told to search your work Prof. Kripol. Very nice case presentation & excellent job bringing this topic further out of the darkness and into the light. 👏

Does anyone know which Freudian texts "about thought transference" was he referring to? I'm looking foward to read them and come to my own analysis/conclusion.

For some reason, the J Krishnamurti/David Bohm dialogues come to mind as I listen to this.

I'm going to develop a paranormal believability scoring tool. Does this already exist? I can't imagine how we got this far without having a systematic way to evaluate these claims. Items would include: Does the experiences have a financial incentive, do they have childhood trauma that could be suppressed and re-expressed this way? Is one aspect overly emphasized (like sex or climate)? Are they more rational or creative? Was their life before contact happy and balanced? Do they have a healthy skepticism or at least some sense of the improbability of their experience? Are they overly credulous? Are we?.. Things like that... Let me know.

I can easily imagine why, because there is a complete disconnect between seemingly conscious beings so that we don't have acces to anyone else's mind, and it may be there will never be technology that can interrogate consciousness.

Can't cut the Silver Chord. Without it, humanity is counterfeit or AI. Common sense to often is drowned out when any one of us (Humans) begins to think too long. Inviting the spirit of indecision to rue our day. Leaving us Lost in our thoughts of blame or shame. "The beer I had for breakfast was good so I had one more for dessert." -Kristofferson

Never any 'proof' or validity to 'paranormal' activity.

Something in the mind like how we all dream of the same things, I reckon

Technically speaking, there's no proof that you've ever had a conscious experience in your entire life either. We just take people's word for it.

He doesn't know scripture very well. Jesus was close friends with Mary and Martha.. also there was a group of women who followed jesus in his ministry and "attended to his needs"... I.e. cooked for him. The reference to self castration was not a recommendation... it was just that a reference of what some do. Paul said it was "better to marry than burn with vain desire."
The man is still steeped in the darkness of Roman Catholicism.
