I found 2lb blocks of cheese that has 3myths left on the date for $2.99 at Kroger. Went to my local store & found wholly guacamole for 50cents a piece. Thx for inspiring me. Would love to find chicken at that price. Great joke btw...lol

I love how you say that most of what you are going to be eating is coming from what you already have. I almost always do an inventory of what we have in the fridge and freezer before we go shopping. Otherwise I'll just end up with 12 limes that need to be eaten, and who can eat 12 limes in a week!?! (true story folks) :)

I love looking through the clearance section. That is the only way I by meat. By doing this all year long and stocking up, I don't have to buy meat in the winter, our slow months.
I definitely eat from my pantry in fact my recent weekly market run cost me $75 for a family of 2 i know that might not be alot for some but considering i live in ny thats great and eating whats on hand has saved my wallet and patience lol i only wish ny had stores like yours that way i can save even more money but hey i have to work with what i have
Out of cheese !!!?! It's a cheese emergency!!!! 😄 great haul, absolutely couldn't pass the chicken up.. So worth it! The pure drink mix is pretty good, I grab it when I find it on clearance or the discount store.

Great job on that chicken! I'm doing my groceries for the week tomorrow, should come out to around $45usd fingers crossed. I'm not sure how on track I'm going to be for march since it's my birthday next week and I'm thinking I'm just going to use some of what we would have saved on buying a nice cake lmao. I'll have to properly math it out later which I admittedly keep avoiding because of a migraine I have. I hope the boys enjoy those donuts and eclairs!

You can slice and freeze them and use it for drinks later ;)
