About 20 years ago after I worked at Sway-A-Way I was going to go work for Bob/Robby Gordon to make internal bypass shocks. Basically the same thing that Fox is selling now. Robby had been making those years before for his TT. Come to find out Fox shox/ John Marking had patented it and sent them a cease-and-desist. Of course, Bob /Robby claim they invented them, but wasn’t worth the fight to revoke their patent based on prior art.
Robby owns all things desert and opinions about speed utvs. He’s the only person allowed to have a opinion about any of it. Robby has become a patent and opinion thug that thinks he can bully everyone. This is exactly why I and lots of others will never give that guy a single penny for anything he sells.

Best to get a patent attorney and have them review the claims if you do plan to sell. This video is far more slanderus than anythng you have shown he has said. He is actual talking to you about a possible problem. He could have waited until you sold a bunch than sued.
