Apexchess i remember i started chess at around the same time as you but ure still around 2000 rapid and im 2400 rapid and fide ratings probably in the same difference, one thing i really did on the chessboard is to analyse the position, i look for plans on both sides of the board i look at the pawn structure and consider many moves. Puzzles also very important, but one thing for you, is when you lose any game spend lots of time on the innscurate and bad moves and understand why the best move is best
Imo there isn't a single tip someone can give you that's going to make you play better. You've gotta figure out why you're losing games and work on correcting your own weakness

Get good at just two openings, one for white and one for black. And the 1300 barrier is literally just to stop hanging pieces.
