    Loved this workout and surprised that at 72 I could do most of the high. Sure couldn’t have in September 2021 when I started doing Keoni’s workouts every day. When I started I had only been doing about 1,500 steps a day, thanks to Keoni I’m now doing about 15,000!

    Cudnt wait until tomorrow just finished it-nice workout that definately raised not only my heart rate but my spirits too!! ❤️ I rely enjoyed the creativity of some of the new moves and was great to see u doing the "high modifications" also.     I work nights and when I got home around 6:45AM, I didn't feel like doing any exercises....I putzed around a bit and decided to "JUST DO IT!" I had so much fun with this, and felt so much better for getting the workout in. You and Momma keep me motivated! Thank you!

    Your smiles are so encouraging and it is fabulous that there is no annoying talking as you do the exercises! My partner and I take it in turns to choose which workout to do and we love it! If you ever feel like doing 20 minute cardio to 60s , 70s, 80s music that would be great too (my kinda music!!). Thank you. P.s. love the cats...added bonus🤩

    Loved this Hi-Low workout session. Couldn`t do the jumping jacks as I have a knee issue and don`t want to aggravate it. So I always do the modified jumping jack steps. Thank you, Keoni for making such doable workouts.

    Love the labeling of hiit plus the number of steps. This is hard to find on TH-cam. I cant do the high impact due to spine instability so wondering if you guys can put on some hiit videos with maybe 2000 to 8000 steps but alll low impact for us more frail and older individuals.. Love yout moves, symmetry, music choices and moving in time with it which drives energy and making it more enjoyable. Also you give a nice cooldown and its not safe to suddenly stop an exercise session. Im always finding new videos from you and hope i continue to.

    I work self-employed from home, sit at the computer all day (hello back pain) and your workouts are just perfect! I can always squeeze in 20 to 30 minutes and especially with the HIIT workouts I feel so motivated and refreshed and in a good mood afterwards.     This is one my favs. You and your mom bring such happiness to the workout. You do so many things well that make your videos my go-to online workouts: the visual clues; how you work all the muscle groups and do a good job including big arm and shoulder moves that kick up the heartbeat; the timer in the upper right corner; the step counter; the high and low options; how well you avoid stepping on the cats; the clear beat of the music; the video quality....well, you just do it well!     A little too long for my lunch break, so I did it this evening, and loved the alternating between high and low intensity. Also liked mom's low impact modifications. My joints won't take jumping, but I found ways to boost that intensity. I was already chuckling over Oreo's manic motion (was he high on catnip?), but when you pushed his tiny toy across the floor and he attacked your ankle, I could *not* stop laughing! Fun, fun, fun!
