Julian's voice was just perfect for Is This It/early RoF live, and he got a lot better as a singer technically over the course of four years. Of course he's still very good and actually recovered a lot from his late 00's slump, but he's 37 now and age is starting to take a small toll.

Best concert I've ever been to. Massive crowd, great sound, the perfect set list. The Modern Age was the best opener they could have picked. I still get chills when I think about this show.

Are we 9??” He’s a father, so I’m guessing the raw rock star attitude momentarily crossed wires with parental censorship. Just a funny reaction from the night not captured on camera. It's kind of cool, how nowadays his interactions with the crowd periodically turn fatherly and cautious.
