OCI Tips and Tricks - Create 19c Oracle Database in OCI (and how to manage it!)

This time I'll take a look on how to provision Oracle multitenant database on OCI! Super easy!
After provisioning I'll go through some of the usual operational things you might look into like backups and PDB provisioning and cloning, but what's most important (IMO) is where you find all the log files and what tooling you have available.
