I am from New York State and I am in my fifties and we have known about this family for decades. We never understood how he could get away with it for decades. But now because of his exposure and perhaps laws that have changed, he and his family might just get what they deserve. And that means to pay back New York State for theft, because we have been suffering financially and he is not the only one!
I swear I was pulling out hair when TFG made the political scene. I was in TX at the time and remember a couple articles I’d read about a slew of small businesses that suffered because TFG didn’t pay them for services on the construction of a now defunct casino. In addition to multiple bankruptcies where even more people didn’t get paid. It even mentioned the repeated discrimination issues with his father’s properties. How he rose to the presidency baffles me. What ever powers that be that supported his ascent is who I want to discover.

Because Dr Oz company had to pay back the government for his immigration scam but he runs on hating immigrants?! And his family all immigrants but it's different because they came from an acceptable class and he also can pass in society under the radar of his race! My point is the rich support the rich no matter what color or religion they will sell their own people out! And those that do not are in the minority! This is why he got an all of the other Rich families in New York state and other places get away with the Frog the immigration privilege of using and tossing, racism always works with white people! It also works with pitting other people of color against one another two different races also do not like other races! People love the fame, power it's all in all of the great books of religion or spirituality! Everyone will meet whatever they believe! I believe in karma so I believe that no matter what they get away with publicly will still affect the lives until the next. It gives me no comfort when in present day people suffer! But it does give me hope Karma doesn't always wait until death!

I teach a lot of Russian students and I can't overstate how devastating this mobilisation is for them. They don't want to fight. They don't agree with the war. They support the Ukranians. They just want to live in peace and Putin is stopping them from doing it.
just sad watching the war. Problem is Putin was testing the water and Biden said it will be fine if Putin makes a minor incursion and take some land. Then Biden's poll numbers hit the rock bottom and the midterm election is coming so Biden is keeping this war going till the midterm election is over. Ever wonder why USA does not even step in to make some kind of peace treaty but sends enough weapons to get the war going? All about the election.

This show is truly genius! It has evolved to a masterpiece! Those at the end of the segment reports,traffic,stockmarket, and other reports with all the correspondents is amazing! Even the fact that Trevor still reacts live to their jokes and pushes back for them to do their job is comedy perfection. I mean Trevor and Roy wood jr are both stand up comics and here they are all in one show. I dont think people realize just how truly rare this is. Its So different,no late night show does anything like this,this is why the daily show,trevor is gonna surpass stephen colbert as the tv late night GOAT.

Colbert does great gags and zingers, but Noah and Wood deliver entire routines. Aaand, they make it look easy. So much respect from the south side (of the planet).
Roy's bs segment about traffic being changed to him watching a police chase was hilarious.
Roy is so underated. Sometimes i get annoyed at the others because they come across as though they are reading heavily from the teleprompter and their sketch loses some authenticness for me, but Roy seems so natural. His sketches feel like a real conversation and his genuine thoughts.
He's one of the few I stick around to watch! Come for Trevor, and realize just how hilarious Roy is.

I think that Idris should be in the Bond series, but give him his own character. The movies should be more about the premiere agents in the organization. So you can have James Bond 007 movies and have a character for Idris as a 008. It would allow so much different storytelling and open up the world more vividly.

I agree with him. Since there’s already been so many James Bond movies with white guys playing the role, it doesn’t make sense to suddenly have a black person play it just because. I’m sure Alba is a great actor, but he’s going to be slaughtered by the public if he takes this role because the public has already associated James Bond for a white guy. But Roy is right on this one. If they’re going to make a white character black, do it during the transition from books to movies. That way people don’t suspect anything
@@kristinbagani2811 gotta disagree here. Now I don't really care what the race of the actor portraying the character is unless the characters identity is directly related to his race in the move. James bond being white does not effect his character what so ever it's not central to his identity as a character, or effects/determines the plot of the movie. Furthermore the first bond movie came out in the early 60s, during the civil rights movement so of course the first actor had no chance of being black in the movie.
Long story short pick the best actor for the job regardless of race unless the plot/story/identity is directly tied to that characters race.
Meh. It's fine as far as perspectives go but I think it doesn't really have to be an either/or situation here. And I also don't think we should ever let just the threat of backlash by racists come in the way of decisions like that.

Idris needs his own iconic character. He's bigger than just being a James Bond replacement.
That is an interesting angle. He's already had his own BBC action thriller series called Luther, so I could argue that he kinda already has- it just wasn't Hollywood level (but respectable nonetheless!) The coattails of the 007 franchise are absolutely stellar- being given that role honestly would have likely a greater significance than trying to start a new franchise. The Kingsman tried that and I think it's safe to say that has gone bust after 3 movies.

That "traffic" segment was golden! Trevor and Roy are always so funny together. Roy's observation, that "they" took a half a fish, made her Black and "we" almost didn't make it through he week was SO funny and yet SO sad, at the same time.,

I don't know about all those characters at the end, but I do remember when the Hunger Games movies were announced (or maybe when they came out) how so many people were making a huge fuss about Rue being a Black character in the movie, even though Rue was a Black character in the book (at least according to the most common interpretation, including mine).

That "steal" rhyme was even better in my opinion when aimed at someone who kept yelling about, "stopping the steal." Feels extra poetic. While I love all the side hosts and their personalities there's just something about Roy from expression to tone that makes his segments extra amazing and fun to watch.
Idris Elba can't be the next James Bond, he deserves his own series
That is a very interesting angle. He's already had his own BBC action thriller series called Luther, so I could argue that he kinda already has- it just wasn't Hollywood level (but respectable nonetheless!) The coattails of the 007 franchise are absolutely stellar- being given that role honestly would have likely a greater significance than trying to start a new franchise. _The Kingsman_ tried that and I think it's safe to say that has gone bust after 3 movies.
