      No.
You are mixed up.. professional affiliate guy here.. that is an affiliate kickback, not a sponsor. I have done it professionally since 2010. A sponsor pays only if you have high traffic and make a contract.. affiliate is something most people can signup to do... like amazon... which ive made six figures in sale on, paid my mortgage in miami a few months, no joke...

Cash - you forgot one of the MOST important things about being on the 4th floor. The Fire Dept Cherry pickers can TECHNICALLY go tot he 10th floor - but with availability of the tallest ones and the way they have to set up on the street, angles, the differences in floor heights in buildings - I really should not count on anything being able to reach you above the 5th or maybe 6th floor. So the 4th floor - looks pretty good for the evacuation/safety freaks (like me) 😅

Cash we live agricultural on a state gravel road in a mountain hollow. We have goats, chickens, cats and Great Pyrenees house ponies. I retired last July. I stay home all day with my animals…and absolute peace and quiet. Our mortgage is half paid off already and we have no debt, credit cards, etc.. We own four used vehicles and carry liability insurance. Our mortgage is under $1,200 per month, including taxes and ins. I lived in a big city for two years but moved back here to raise our kids. I wouldn’t trade my peace and quiet for anything the city can offer me. I don’t mind visiting, but I love home sweet home! ❤

Sounds perfectly idyllic! I left downtown Toronto and live right next to the forest, minutes from the ocean rivers and a lake on Vancouver Island (BC Canada.) I could never go back to The Big Smoke, even though life was pretty eventful there It is much more peaceful here, and yes, NO debt, used car (1 only) and bikes (7) and a tripod tabby that is safe outdoors. :))

I have an almost 7 acre farm with two 1750 sq ft homes, one with a 2 bedroom 750 sq ft basement suite, three barns, and several outbuildings, and I paid off the $260,000. mortgage off in 10 years. I originally bought the place 37 years ago for $83,500 and renovated the original house the second year and then 15 years ago built the second house with the suite and renovated one of the barns for $21,000. That was when I took out the $260,000 re-mortgage. My place has a total of 6 large bedrooms, (two are 13' X 16' and one is 11' X 21'), three bathrooms and also a 40 foot one bedroom trailer, with a 12 X 16 foot covered deck. I can't even imagine a place that has, what, one bedroom, or did I miss something, for over $2,000,000 dollars. My view is a 1000 ft long pasture ringed by trees, plus three neighbouring pastures also ringed by trees. I have fruit trees and grapes, raspberries and lots of wild fruit on my farm. All free in the summer. My gardens give me fresh produce from spring until fall. My chickens give me fresh eggs every day. No New York living for me. I love country living plus I can have as many animals as I want. No restrictions! Sure I have to travel 11 or 13 miles to get to a restaurant or store, but the country life is worth it.

LOL DUDE! My older brother and I ran up in there (the hotel they held the migrants) to check things out and see what was
going on and they had national guards just hanging out on their phones and stuff.
We went up to were the rooms were at and the workers gave us 8 of those "meal trays"! That was
4 for each of us! The food was pretty good,
I had one container that was labeled:
"Steak slices/Broccoli/seasoned bressel sprouts/white rice & corn (mixed together for some reason), and mashed potatoes & gravy".
    My brother had the:
"Quarter Pound Beef Patty/Pasta shells in cream sauce/steamed cauliflower/ and again, the white rice and corn (mixed)
They even gave us a bunch of these lil apple juice cups that you get at summer camp.
I know it sounds wrong to be taking the food like that, but wow, I honestly can't understand how, or why this food
is ending up in the trash, seriously, how can they be picky eaters? hahahaa

I love when Cash shows an area as I try to figure out where it is from where I work. I work in the Gramercy area which is East side 23rd. So Chelsea is where I have to head when I need to get to the Path. I was amazed when I used to go with a "walk group" walking the area near 34th. The stairwell that takes you on that long trek to a series of buildings that are decorated in a sort of arty style, then all the way to the secret train tracks and then down the stairs and back somewhere around 34th. That was what I loved about those walks discovering parts of NYC that I never knew was there.

Aw... LOOK AT YOUR BABY!!! Baby Liza is the spitting image of your wife! Kanami can't ever deny her! While this space is nice the price must be based on the location solely. For $2.3M I would want higher finishes and uniqueness. That chandelier isn't enough. Even I have that same exact backsplash in my kitchen apartment--and it costs nowhere near $2.3M. The bathroom tile and cabinetry I've seen in a Day's Inn or something of that equivalent.

Hello darling! I'm here to watch an actual apartment tour. I have missed you but until things revert to the previous type of offerings I can't be bothered with the garbage he's spewing lately. Anyway.... for $2.3mil I was completely underwhelmed. Not sure why there was a full bath on the main living area when there was no bedroom. The kitchen was ho hum boring. & the bathrooms were dull. Heating & cooling that space will definitely cost a pretty penny. I'd look elsewhere. I know there's plenty of properties in that area that are better.

I just won't watch it. Anyway, this property was uninspiring. I felt nothing $2.3M about it. Nothing at all. I do LOVE the wall of windows though! But... that's about it! Every light must be on a dimmer switch! This is the first listing I've seen that has this. Well done. Love the marine grade plywood cabinets. Very strong and should last forever. Crucial too, do the windows fully open? If they barely crack open, like you demonstrated in the bedroom, it's a deal killer. Whoever thought that the cheap, older style casement windows would become the gold standard. Why? Because you can open them and get fresh air! Imagine having to rely on air conditioning in the warmer months. I hate it. It's healthy to have outside fresh air. Indoor air pollution is the worst kind. In the end, this apartment is too expensive.

@@Mojo630 First of all, I don't want no money to bite and I do have the money to bite. I'm dead free, I don't have any bills because I live simple and alternatively, so it doesn't matter if I have money or not. I don't want to live like that in the first place. Most fools like you live like that, but you live penny to penny, nice brand new cars every 2 days every 2 years and I bet you don't have no savings. I have savings, do you have savings moron?

I live alternatively, which means screw the government and live cheap and simple living out of a Van living part-time inves the way to do it to my friend. I aint trying to pay high bills. That's why I live more better than you. You're in debt because you worship the government paying high rent high bills. That's why most middle class people have no money. I suppose that is what makes it a loft. And if you were the only one living there, and no one visiting ever needs to go upstairs, (unless it is a romantic evening) , a door would not be necessary for some people. But I am not one of them!

nice neighborhood & nice place...basically a one bedroom but for moi that would work! the down stairs would be an art studio space with PLENTY of room for dining & den.
Plenty of room upstairs to have a lounge area in that bedroom also.

6:19 The dryer is a condens dryer: It collects the water in a reservoir (top left drawer)
You can place this thin anywhere as long as it has some air , so in a bathroom or in this case a large closet.
You can even have the water not being collected in the drawer, but have it flow out on the same output the washer uses.
You don't have to buy a million dollar apartment for this, these dryers are very common in Europe.
(and it pronounces "me-lay" not meele :) )

I like the 4th floor...with another floor above, a 5th. To me, that's the perfect height to be in a tall building. It's a gorgeous apartment with many thoughtful touches. An electric outlet inside the medicine cabinet is smart. I like the washlet thrones, too. Save on TP...lol.
