You can't sadly.
She was a guest cookie along with two other gem mermaid cookies, Aquamarine Cookie and Gold Citrine Cookie. And... they we're time limited. They we're available from August 30th 2023 to September 25th 2023 before the Golden Cheese Cookie update.
And let me tell you.
*IT WAS A HUGE PAIN THE A TO GET THEM AND I WAS STRESSED AF*
Basically, the event was that they we're a total of 5 sea shells. And you had to chose one of those sea shells to receive a guest gem mermaid cookie. And yes, there was a chance that you tap on the wrong seashell with the gem mermaid cookie. You had to do it 3 times a day. 1 time for free, and 2 times by watching an ad. If you ran out and don't wanna wait for the next day *YOU HAD TO PAY MONEY*
And to get a guaranteed mermaid cookie you to tap on one of these seashells 30 times.
Anyways, it was a horrible event. Luckily I have all of them.
Oh, and Fun fact, these gem mermaid cookies are the sisters of Crimson Coral Cookie and White/Black Pearl Cookie
Oh, and uhh, guest cookies...
They are completely useless. They don't do anything. However, it wasn't a new rarity. It was a new rarity back in July 2022 where they had a collaboration with Disney.
