    Do you know how much is considered wetlands? And creeks or rivers?

      Good Day Tonya,
      I would guess that there is about 2-3 acres of wet area which we were going to put a pond in at this location. Many times in Florida when people spend thousands in digging a pond they find that the pond doesn't hold water as it is primarily sand and little clay BUT when we see an area that holds a few inches of water during rainy season (2-3 acres) mother nature informs us that this may be a perfect place to put a pond as there is evidence it will likely hold the water in the pond. The remainder of the property is great and as you can see... perfect for farming, building and recreation.
