I’ve got a box with the exact same backplate as this one. Only difference is that there is a different SAB (a Scantronic one) and the sound is a rear facing speaker instead.
@@mrsecurity I think I've got mixed up. I thought I had an old Gardiner Security catalogue with the sounder in it, but obviously been thrown. The box may have been a Maxima? It was a squat C type shape, double skinned monster. Took one down a few months ago, but it was beyond help, the pcb had totally rotted. But, when they worked, were absolutely deafening!

Think that's a CQR 6012, 130db siren. Used to get them in the stainless steel ultima double skinned boxes.
Hmmm, the backplate itself is made by Bailey associates although the sounder could be a CQR Part. Although from my experience Ultima’s had piezos?
