Thank you so much for your kind words :) I was on a schedule before but now it's getting harder as things changed since she is going to school now and I am trying to catch up and find my way. I’m not sure the right word is grief my understanding of grief is when someone is dead. I’d say the word is because of the disability now they don’t have the expectations we wished for them to have.
